This is called cheating and abusing your customers. Not sure this is how you deliver to all your customers.
I bought a 3 seater recliner and 2 single seater recliners and one tv cabinet on august 12th with an expected deivery date of 16th of august (Buyer's order no:- [protected]). 4 items were supposed to be delivered, the same was delivered on the promised date but 2 items damaged (The 3 seater and 1 single seater recliner. Same day they took them back, today they delivered them again. But again damaged products, don't you guys have something called quality check before delivering a product to customers. I am very frustrated with this behaviour of your teams.
