On 24th jan 2018, i have purchased 67cm trolley bag of skybag from bigbazaar Now just after 18 month, it got damaged. So we went to big bazaar in dlf mall of india asking for exchange of this damaged item. Since i have misplaced the warranty card of this trolley, we asked them to check out the duplicate bill in their database. But the executive told that it is not possible to get the bill of any purchase if it is older than 1 month. This is very very surprising. If this is true, then we should better be doing all the shopping from lifestyle. Big bazaar is keeping track record of all the purchases we have done with them. They always ask for payback number and mobile number while payment. Howcome it is possible that they dont have any record of this transaction done on 24th jan 2018. Is it possible to get the duplicate bill so i can get this replaced. As of proof of transaction, please find the snapshot from my payback account as attached Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a vendor from Ranchi Jharkhand.my outstanding amount is pending.Given time as on PO has been over 30 days but nobody responding.just giving slogan of next week only.last six month they are not making payment on time.
