[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — employee rude behavior. | |||
On 1st july 2018, at 5 pm, at big bazaar store dlf mall of india. I went to buy some items due to the weekend their was a huge rush so i was waiting at billing counter from 30 minutes. When the billing time came one of the employee who was at billing counter said that "you have 2 items only so we don't consider to do your billing as we have a lot more to do". This was disrespectful. I am a regular customer of big bazaar, and due to this attitude, now i had a very poor image towards it. Poor response. Was this information helpful? | |||
