• staff gives excuses to do the billing. • keeps many conditions before billing • give their expired items. If we take it, they do the billing otherwise they don’t • take a very long time in billing and when out turn comes, they make excuses. • force us to register different cards etc profit club. • sometimes keeps a condition of not adding money on future pay wallet • example - if i have 100₹ on my future pay wallet they keeps a condition that we have to make a bill of minimum 1000 then only they will make the bill. They always charge me for giving carry bags with their logo printed on it which is totally wrong.
