Hi, I have purchased a cell phone from ezone - bhubaneswar under the cashback scheme of 10, 000 rs on april 23 2017. It was promised at the time of the purchase that money would be refunded to my bank account within 90 days of purchase. It's been more than 4 months i have not received the amount and when contacted the store is declining to refund the cash back.
