Dear Sir/Mam, fbb Gift Voucher redeemed without my permission by bigbazaar. 2 days completed, Still not refunded my 500 FBB amount .I want on emergency case. I tried several times to the Customer care nobody responded this is not fare. Like this condition means we will go to the consumer court with lot of evidences. I am having all the relevant proofs. Please help me in this serious issue. Please refund my amount immediately. Pl.do needful. Please send me the reply ASAP.
