Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — FD matured But money not credited in my bank account

I have two FD in future enterprise Ltd, 2lakh + 2lakh, total amount is 4 lakh. both FD has matured in 17.02.23 But till the date I have not received my maturity amount, I tried to contact the company but customer care number is not valid & I have sent the mail also to future group fd department but did not get any response,
So I am requesting you please solve my problem & credit the maturity amount in my bank account ASAP.
I have attached FD certificate copy
