Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Fixed deposit maturity amount is still not credited

I have invest future group fixed deposit 31/oct/2019 but the maturity amount is still not credited to my account. Tried reaching the team but none of the customer service number are working and mails are also not working
Visited big bazaar which is now converted to smart point bazaar but the official say they have no clue. We tried reaching other partners store but all of them are closed ( brand factory, pantaloons etc ). My amount is struck.
Maturity complete not getting any amount Please help
