Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — fooled by cashier at the cash counter

I went to return a top and buy few more clothes from FBB, Eternity Mall, Nagpur.
They said they have done piece to piece replacement for the top to be returned.
Then I went to pay for the new clothes that I was buying, by mistake I handed the cashier the top that was piece to piece returned by the other cashier (cost of top 699/-)

So in this way this top which I had already paid for, was again added to the new bill. Then I told them that I have a 300Rs coupon rewards for shopping over 3000/- earlier day. Which then they deducted from the new bill (also from the top that I had already paid for so new cost of the top was 598/- as per this bill after applying coupon).

When I realized that I had handed over the top to them by mistake they said "We cannot delete it now from the bill, You have to pay for it again". I paid for the top AGAIN, which I had already bought. Later they told me we'll give the amount that you paid in your future pay account and they gave me only 598Rs in my future pay account whereas the original price of the top was 699/- (The reason for not paying me back 699/- was because they had applied the coupon discount on it).

This is clearly looting the customer. This is not expected from FBB. They made me pay for the top twice and didnt even return the exact amount. I want my 101 Rs back.

In addition to my above complaint, Not only they fooled me and made me pay twice but the mental harassment was enormous. Adding an item (already purchased) and charging the customer twice without any SHAME! This is horrible! Arrogant cashiers, hopelessly managed store and complex return procedures, where they blame the customers for everything. No wonder why people are shifting to buy things online from Myntra or Amazon. Who wants to buy from such stores where the sellers treat the buyers this way and lure money twice?? Learn something from the online sellers and adopt good practices or else soon there won't be anybody buying things from such stores.
