[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — forced to buy a clothing product which is not of my size

Dear respondent,

I have bought knighthood formal trouser in mysuru - 570004 branch, when i checked label details of trouser, it said 34 and i purchased it.

After returning home i tried the trouser. For my shock, "label" details show pant size 34 but when measured with tape shows size 38.

I went again, exchanged it to new one and customer care agent in that branch handed over me size 34 (Actually it was size 36 this time), since i believed big bazaar i came home and tried. For my rude shock this is size 36. It is confirmed that labels are misleading.

Now, i cannot wear this new trouser because of ill size provided by you by misleading customers with the label. I checked with same mysuru big bazaar, he informed me there is no size 34 at that shop and denied exchanging size 36 to size 34 in "another branch of same city / different city of big bazaar"

(For your kind information, most of the developed countries let customers exchange products in their other branches in the same city or in different city)

Lets say i bought a product in mysuru, i found size is not fit for me. I have two options now
A) exchange and buy size of my fit in another branch of big bazaar in the same city (Another mysuru bb branch).
B) exchange and buy size of my fit in another branch of big bazaar in the different city (Bengaluru bb branch).

With all these, i bought a trouser which is not fit.

Solution i am looking for :
1) return back my money (I expect this option, as i have lost faith in your clothing quality checks for misleading customers with size in the labels)
Or
2) let me return this ill fit trouser in any of the branches in bengaluru and get a credit note of rs 999 and "which can be redeemed in any branch of bengaluru to buy my product" and get remaining amount in cash, if i buy a product which is less than credit note of rs 999.
Or
3) allow me to exchange trouser in any of the bengaluru branches (I cannot go back to mysuru - which is 140 kms) and buy size 34 which is my fit. I have paid rs 999 for the pant which is not my fit because of mislead label.

I am looking for earliest resolution for my issue because i have bought trouser on 17/08/2017 and 7 days are over. Only 7 days left, i have my other work too in my life.
