I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about my recent purchase of a product from your retail store at big bazaar, diamond city mall, jessore road, dumdum, kolkata.
It is very unfortunate for a regular customer like me to have such an experience which is so weird.
I purchased two bottles of soft drinks on 14th august, 2019 which had the offer "buy 2 get 1 free" after assuring it from one of the staff employed on duty. But the cashier charged me the price of entire 3 bottles of soft drinks, which i came to know after checking the money receipt after returning home.
Today, on 16th august, 2019 i again visited the store with the soft drinks bottles and the receipt and explained to the customer service desk about what had happened.
But to my surprise, instead of listening to my problem and providing service, the lady in the customer service desk started misbehaving with me and said neither am i going to get any reimbursements in future pay wallet nor the given offer. When i asked to provide the phone number for customer redressal and higher redressal cell, she replied that she herself was the higher authority there and no one else.
As per my knowledge the duty of csd is to safeguard the customer and address their problems but i received absolutely different treatment.
I would request you to please investigate into the matter asap and reimburse me at the fastest. Or else, i will have to move with my issues to the consumer redressal forum.
