1. Purchased a Profit Club membership from Big Bazar in Oct'21
2. Supposed to redeem Rs1000/- per month from the Profit Club account
3. Tried to place my 1st order on 9th Nov'21
4. List was prepared and finalised
5. Went to process payment [part of which was to come from Profit Club and the balance to be paid by me from my credit card account]
6. My credit card account got debited, but the Profit Club account was not redeemed for some technical issue and thus the order got cancelled
7. Lodged a complaint - BB[protected]
8. Till date my issue is unresolved
9. Interestingly, the money debited from my Credit Card, when refunded after 3 days [ again interest loss ], was not paid back to my credit card account, but put in Future Pay Wallet [Future Groups Business created]
10. I have done not less than 15-20 calls to their customer support team
11. Every time a new person would pick up the call and you have to explain the case from very beginning
12. Each one of them would say that the case would be resolved in 48 hours; Today's commitment was that it would be closed in next 4-5 days time
13. If such a reputed business house resort this kind o[censored]nethical business practice for 1000 customers, just imagine, what kind of money thay can held up and what kind of interset they can save for themselve. I am sure their customer base is much higher than the number suggested by me.
14. Its a mental & physical trauma alongwith financial loss
