Hi, i had ordered a sofa from hometown on 9th of august 2018. They had promised possible delivery on 15 th then said on 19th will be done. Again i got a message saying it will be delivered on 22nd. Now today that is on 22nd am getting 1 more message stating 23rd will be the delivery date. I have almost lost 5-10k just holding my travel and all my appointments gone for a toss. Sofa costed 36k and now 10k loss so eventually paid 46k. Moreover, they never contact us. I explicitly called them almost a dozen times. Very bad service and just take the money and fool around.
