[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Furniture shipment | |||
I purchased two different shoe racks from home town. I received phone calls saying that they had been delivered, and when would i like to schedule the assembly? I told them that i needed none, but their protocol mandated it, and therefore i asked them to call me the next day. When i got home, i realised that they had shipped me something that i had not ordered, a bookcase instead of two different types of shoe racks. The store staff itself was painful to deal with, and it had taken them over an hour to process my order, none of them could answer questions, and most were content chatting amongst themselves.
