Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Future pay wallet balance not able to redeem

Future pay Big Bazaar wallet linked to my mobile number had a balance of Rs 6718 which I'm not able to redeem . Attaching the screenshot of the Future pay Big Bazaar wallet balance taken on 2nd July 2022. Also currently the future pay Big bazaar wallet is not seen on the Future pay app. Kindly help to get the balance amount of Rs 6718 refunded.
