Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Future profit club card deposit money has to refund as I am not able to use the same because of all stores closed

I have taken a membership card from Big Bazar IRC village Bhubaneswar Mall but i found the Big bazar malls are shut down everywhere but what about my membership money which i have deposited. Please refund my money and let me know what needs to be done for the refund process.
