The mrp was 200rs. While billing it says 80rs. Hence they denied to sell me the product. And they couldn't provide me a substitute! They said it's a mrp problem. They were not even interested to talk to me.. Such an unprofessional service sesk. Then i asked them to bill it again so that i can file a complain. They even denied that too. Please note one of the representative of Big Bazar Salt lake forcibly imposed a Jockey vest set. But when I went home it was a different size as I didn’t notice during the billing.Now from counter they r refusing for exchange .my point is very clear why harass customers like this . Forcibly compelling to buy is not acceptable
