[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — harassment | |||
Sir/madam, I have not purchased any pantene shampoo costing rs. 395 on today i. E. 12.08.2018 from big bazaar, keonjhar, odisha store but the same was added in my bill. Due to heavy rush i did not check the bill and i paid the amount of rs. 1418.49 which includes the cost of the shampoo. Later on while checking the bill at home i discovered the discrepancies. Then again i went to the big bazaar store and waited there for 1 hour for reimbursement of the shampoo bill. But, i did not get the amount cash back or credited to my account rather i was given a slip to purchase other items of the same amount. Why should i purchase any other item from the store when i have no requirement of any items? Its simply a cheating and a malafide technique adopted to compel the customer to by extra things from the store. Further, i lost my valuable times and money interm of petrol for no fault of mine. This is a complete harassment to the customer and proper compensation should be given for the same along with cash back of the said amount. Details of the bill is as follows.
