Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — I paid my payment, but still products not deliver. | |||
Big Bazaar published a Offer on online order and said that 2Hours Delivery. So I ordered some items of 1500/+ on future pay app of big bazaar on 16 May 4.40pm and paid . It was showed that I will get my order delivery on 17 May 8-10am. But order did not come. I call on Customer care but they did not pick up the phone. They I tried and tried. At last they received and I told my problems. They said they are taking my complain and my problems wil be resolve in 24 Hours. But it did not solve again I tried to call customer. They again said they r facing some technical problem. It will be resolve in 24 hours. But still it is not solved. Today 31may. It is 15th day.. I did not get my products. Please sir/Mam I am requesting you to take a perfect action against big bazaar fraud offer. In this pandemic situation why they are harassing us. We are giving online order for Corona Bad situation. We tried to decrease corona Affection ratio. For that we are choosing online platform. Was this information helpful? | |||
