[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — incorrect billing gst tax on consumers | |||
Incorrect billing bigbazar Big bazar has charged gst amount to customer. Given all the details of this at customer care, firstly the ye were not agree that it's a mistake. When showed billed from other stores and it's clearly seen that gst amount was inclusive in total amount. And these stores have not charged anything extra to customers. Then they told complaint will be filed and based on that refund would be do e. They refused to do any refund on spot. However i did not get any update til date. Reg this. Have received 2 messages one of filing a complaint and on eating it's resolved with difference of a minute!! While i was told that i could get call/mail communication reg same till date there is no such communication and a y others details as what action has been taken on this. Matter neither the extra amounts incurred is refunded to my acooount. Big bazar is thus looting customers by charging them the extra taxation after gst. Was this information helpful? | |||
