Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have taken profit club membership(Card no: [protected] ) and purchased a card worth 10000 INR which will give a total 12000 INR after maturity . Now the card is matured, but I cannot use the card as all the big bazaar stores are acquired by Reliance Smart.
Also i cannot reach to their customer care numbers and their support email address [protected]@bigbazaar.com. Please see attached error message when tried to reach their email address.
Please kindly support me to get a refund/ let me know how to reach these BigBazar Guys .
