Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Item not delivered Neither refunding Money - Since Oct 24

My "HOMETOWN" order number[protected] was placed on Oct 24, and till date they havent delivered my order, it was supposed to be delivered on Nov 3.

Each time they are giving new date but item doesnt get delivered, also they are not refunding my money even though item has delayed by more than 15 days. This looks like a scam as they have no grieviance redressal mechanism or nodal officer.
