I bought this item at jayanagar, bangalore outlet of big bazaar vide invoice no. Ka[protected] on 15.03.2019. Contacted toll free no.[protected] for installation demo. Told to contact new no.[protected]- not functional for several days. Finally when i got through to them i was told that i have to contact bb outlet since it is in store purchase. Three months lost! For the last 4 months i am contacting the store but nothing has happened. Manager krishne gowda has asked for invoice details a dozen times but there is no action.
I have been a satisfied customer of koryo for several years but this experience is so frustrating that i will not touch this brand again in my life. Even a good product needs good service after all.
