I had purchased online products worth 1600 and was eagerly waiting for delivery during the independence discount week The delay in delivery was by more than 20 days so i called at the customer care and they promised me delivery within 4-5 days. But all of sudden i received a message confirming my order cancellation and credit note of my amount I am totally upset as i wanted my product not refund plus i have made payment through credit card so this refund is more of a loss to my accounts than a deal. I am ready to wait and only want my order confirmed as i have made it to avail discounts. If ya ll can suffice properly why keep offers and online shopping options. I am totally unhappy and my trust towards big bazaar has been lost Was this information helpful? | |||
