Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — milk got torn

I purchased milk from my local bigbazar store (Raipur ahmedabad) on 1st april 2019 which was torn and bad quality milk i threw away. Till no.24 memo no.0008860. Tr : 6760 st : 4739. Date - 01/04/19. Bill amount is 96.00.

I wish to make official complaint about it and want my money back.
