All billing counters not open. Taking too much time to clear bill. At one billing counter three or four staff were standing and making jokes and gossiping and consumers waiting. Product display without entering in computer programming when we go for billing after half an hour waiting for our term they tell the product can't be billed bcz of no entry in computer.
