[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Modular kitchen installation delay | |||
I booked a modular kitchen from Hometown Lucknow on 3 Aug 16. I was told that kitchen will be installed within 25-30 days but it is not done completely till today (16th oct). Some material of kitchen is not delivered and after complaining about the delay to the customer care and Hometown showroom where booking was finalised they say that material will be despatched soon. Same reply comes every time I call customer care and Showroom.
