Dear sir, with due regards I wish to inform you that card[protected]was issued to Mr. Sanjay ojha from bigbazar allahabad branch. With amount 10000rs.
During corona period validity of card got expired.at that time 4000rs was left in that wallet. I have submitted the card(original) along with cancelled cheque & application in big bazar office at allahabad. Still they have not refund the money in my account. When I approached the coustomer care they are saying that no amount is present in my wallet. Please take the matter at prirority and inform me.
