My experience with Big Bazar was disappointing. I purchased a sofa which turned out to be defective upon delivery. The quality was subpar, and the defects were evident, indicating poor quality control. Despite assurances of product quality, the sofa fell short of expectations. Dealing with a defective piece was inconvenient and reflected poorly on Big Bazar's commitment to customer satisfaction and product standards.
