Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Need refund for my Profit club cards

I've atleast 3 Profit Club card from Big Bazaar each worth Rs.10, 000, unused with maybe less than 20% usage.
Now that Big Bazaar is closed, their tollfree no. not working, email box is full
We are stuck with Big Bazaar without any response.
This since since February 2022. So, 4+ months has passed. There's no responsibility taken by Big Bazaar for consumers like us to refund nor any assurance till date about our amount.

Are we going to cheated by Big Bazaar ?

Need my amount in all my cards refunded without any delay
