[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — non delivery of goods through home delivery at home

Dear sir
I had booked home for home delivery of products purchased at big bazaar outlet at gangtok, sikkim. But instead of delivering the product at my home the products were left at a shop. Upon enquiry i was told that home delivery meant landmark nearest to my home and not at home. Please clarify whether home delivery means near my home or at home.
