Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Non refund of balance money

Profit club card bearing no [protected] was submitted along with required doc (as asked by bigbazar representative in office) i.E. Aadhar card, cancelled cheque to bigbazar office on 11 may 2022 for refund of balance money (rs 7000.00).
Teh money is not refunded still to my bank account.
