Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Non refund of balance Rs.17000 in profit club card

Dear Sir,
Big Bazaar was providing profit club cards @ Rs. 10000 and was allowing customers to buy items @Rs1000 per month for 12 months. I have two cards with a balance of Rs. 9000 and Rs.8000/- Now, there is no response from big bazaar. all the customer care numbers and mail id are not working.

Plz help in getting refund.
