Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Non refunding future card balance

Almost 6 month back I raised a request for block my profit club Big Bazaar Card and refund for same. There was ₹12000 balance in my card. The card was instantly blocked but still I didn’t get my refund which is in total ₹12000. Emails also bouncing back.
Please look into this and help me out to get my hard earned money back.
