Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Order cancellation and refund

I have made an order 5156 rs from big bazaar and paid the amount online. The order was expected to be delivered next day but big bazaar has cancelled the order and there is no one to contact with. They don't have functional customer care numbers and it is impossible to contact them. The refund if my money got stuck.
