I bought a single seater recliner from Hometown for INR 17999, which was supposed to be delivered by 14th April 2021. When the order was not delivered I enquired on Hometown customer care as well as dropped email on their customer support email, 2 days later I got a call back telling me that they don't know why the order was not delivered and there was no communication on the same. Since then I am dropping emails and calling on their customer care for refund, but they are not replying, calling back and not giving me refund. Please help me, the order id is[protected].
