This is in regards to the online order which I have placed with Home town having order no.[protected]. Sigma Mesh Medium Back Chair in Black Colour by HomeTown (HO340OS50ZUJHTFUR-478048) To be delivered by 03 Jul 2021 Seems I did a very big mistake by ordering online from hometown. As this particular order is taking almost a month to get delivered, infact more than a month. I have been patiently waiting but now you have completely tested my patience out. Also on top of that, service team from HomeTown is really pathetic as they don't provide resolution nor any kind of service which is expected of them. As one guy says it will be delivered today tomorrow in two days and at last one guy says it would be delivered by 18th July. But still the delivery is not done and also no proper resolution is being provided by service team. We have to follow up on the emails we have to reach out for the delivery. Can someone get this resolved. Im really fed up with hone town and its pathetic service
