[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — payback order#[protected] payback points deducted but payment adjustment failed | |||
Hi, I have purchased itmes at big bazar, gip mall noida, tax invoice no.[protected], retail invoice no. 0030999. I have asked the counter person asha singh to adjust my payback points and adjust 336 rs. She tried 2 3 times and i have got message that point has been deducted from my payback account against order no[protected]. But she shown me that payback adjustment is failed on screen and due to crowd she asked me to adjust some other time. Later when i have checked those points are not received till now in payback points. How these points can be recovered against failed adjustment.in case of more information is required please specify.
