[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — payment refund issue | |||
I have purchased t shirt in big bazaar chennai t-nagar branch. While paying through the upi its shows payment pending. The same day after sometimes i have paid from my another card. So i asked discussed with customer support in that branch regarding the pending payment, they told that once its credit in my account will refund or else you can purchase something for that amount. After few days in my transaction its showing debit success message. So after few days will meet the customer support and showed them that transaction debited message. But still now they didn't give me a proper answer for that. I have attached the transaction success screenshot Its actually very worst experience in my shopping life. I lost my bill. Actually this is my 2 t shirt price (755.38) which i have missed in bigbazaar. After that taken 3 t-shirt the cost is 1, 278.38. This amount i have paid from my another credit card
