I placed an order which was to be delivered on 13 November between 8-10 am. My order I'd is[protected]. My mobile no.is [protected].
I called customer care executive at 11.30 and enquired about my order status. Mr.vinay informed me that wait for another 1 hour. I informed him that I have to go to out. I'm not at home for next 5 hours. Then he rudely replied that cancel your order. Is this the convinient service you are providing? This is pathetic.
Moreover on 14 it was showing order status as delivered. I again called customer care executive then I was assured that my product will be delivered within 4 hours but it never reached. I called customer care executive thrice but only sorry and your product will be delivered soon was their response. There was never ever any call back arranged from your side or your store.
