Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit club card balance unused

I have tried to use my profit club card at big bazaar store but couldn't use as store are closed. I asked for refund over mail in February month, but didn't get refund.

Please tell how I could get my money back. I have already shared cancelled check and profit club membership card. Why did you make such card if you are going to default.
