Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit club card have balance which will going to expire but their store closed and customer care even mail they don't reply

I have purchased profit club card it has a balance of Rs 9000 and it's expiry in 02/2023.My queries are
1) their store closed so this card will be used in future or not and where it will used.
2)Their customer care and even they don't reply on mail.So can I get refund and for that where to contact.
