Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit Club Card Refund Retail Customer Like me

I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club card in which my almost 10, 000 Rs amount is left but without customer letting this know, big bazaar is closed now.
They haven't given any instruction to customer by email, message, call that how we will get card balance. Their Customer care number is closed and email is not in use anymore. So this is fraud.

Please help me like consumer to get my money back
