Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Profit Club Membership Refund

I renewed my profit club card right before two months when all stores got shut all over in India in march 2022 without any previous information or notice. When we have visited the nearest store many times but no one was present after few months we get to know about the whole scenario and when we asked about the money which got stuck in the membership then they redirected us towards the customer care and the biz bazar email but we didn't received any reply till date. I'm writing this complain in the hope that I'll get my rightful refund.
