[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — promotional messages | |
I once did shopping in big bazaar. At billing counter i was asked for mobile number. I refused. Billing personal said, he cannot generate bill without entering phone number. Ever since, big bazaar is sending me 10 + promotional messages everyday and spamming my phone. How can they make mobile number compulsory for billing and then frustrate each one with promotional messages. This must stop immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
