Dear concern, This is to highlight that i have bought a mattress from hometown marathahalli b'lore showroom worth 30k+, when i got a delivery it was a torn mattress. I immediately register a complaint with both hometown as well as kurlon, but it was not of much help. This was the worst customer service experience i had from such a good brand. It was mistake that i bought mattress from hometown. Finally i got a replacement mattress after 13 days of raising my concern, when i asked for compensation for such a bad service/product, someone priya responded in mail stating that we have delivered your replacement mattress & i hope you are happy with this...!!!
