I am member of big bazaar profit club membership of your company I have five big bazaar profit club membership cards and cards detail all as following

every card have a good amount of balance in it.
I am from Bhopal Madhya Pradesh and your all big bazaar stores in Bhopal are closed, so I am not able to use remaining balance in profit club membership card.

So it's my humble request to refund the remaining balance of my membership cards to my account number -
