[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — refund not initiated | |||
I placed a order during Big Bazaar MBS sale on 14th Aug from Big Bazaar's official website. The order number is BBMB[protected]. Due to a logistical issue, the product didn't reach me on time and I requested for a refund within 10 days of placing the order. It has been almost 2 months since then and I have not yet received the refund. I have called BB's customer care regularly and requested them to do the needful without any luck. It's very strange to see a company like BB doesn't have a proper refund structure in place and they have taken customers like me for granted. This to let you know if I don't get my refund by the end of this week, I will pursue a legal course of action. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also waiting from 5 months for my refund. They made fool to people. They said MAHABACHAT but they didn't deliver products. They kept our money and hope they are earning money form our money.
