I have a Big Bazaar Profit Club Card ([protected]) in which almost 7, 000 Rs balance remains.
But the Big Bazaar is closed now, without the customer letting this know.
You haven't given any instructions to customers by email, message, or call on how we will get the card balance.
So please return my card balance amount as earliest possible.
This is a case of Fraud, and you are not reachable anyway.
Your customer care number is closed. Your email is not in use anymore.
Please refund the balance ASAP and do the needful.
