[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Refund of Money | |||
On 7th Dec. 2016, I bought a product worth Rs.699 from Big Bazaar located in Deoghar, Jharkhand. The cashier at the counter made a mistake of doing the wrong transaction. My Debit Card was debited two times worth Rs.699 & Rs.706. When I told this to the cashier he said that it will be refunded into my account in 2-3 working days as he cancelled that transaction when it was being processed. But due to his mistake I was charged two times for a single product. Rs.699 for the product cost & Rs.706 for the cost including the carry bag. It's been more than a month from then & every time I visit there, they say that they will do the refund & ignore me every single time. The refund should be of Rs.699 which was the wrong transaction done by the cashier at Big Bazaar. Was this information helpful? | |||
